Yes. To ensure vehicles are properly prepared for each rental:

6-hour buffer is required between bookings when vehicles are delivered to guest locations.

2-hour buffer is required between bookings when vehicles are picked up from our location.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes. We offer discounts on long-term rentals:

5% discount on qualifying extended rentals.

10% discount on rentals of one month or longer.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum rental period: 2 days

Maximum rental period: No set limit, subject to vehicle availability.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Applicable taxes and fees are calculated and added during checkout. Any valid discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes will be applied before final payment according to their terms and conditions.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Mileage allowances vary by vehicle type:

- Cars: 300 miles per day included

- Vans: Unlimited mileage included

Additional mileage charges may apply where applicable.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are:

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Delivery services are available for the following locations:

Airport Delivery: $80

Locations within 50 miles: $120

For airport deliveries, renters are responsible for any applicable airport or parking gate fees charged at the delivery location.

Yes. Additional equipment may be available, including:

Additional drivers may be added for a $100 fee, subject to approval and qualification requirements.

Any evidence of smoking, odor, ash, or residue will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Toll usage is subject to a $20 administrative fee, in addition to any toll charges incurred during the rental period.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Vehicles should be returned in reasonably clean condition.

A $200 cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or requires special cleaning beyond normal use.
